Pray for good weather and a fruitful ride this Saturday as we head down to the Keys for Phil Petersen Harley Davidson's 36th Annual Key West Poker Run. I pray that the Lord gives us presence to reach those bikers searching for Him. Last year's attendance was over 10,000 bikes and a full weekend of events scheduled.
I have been to the Keys before but never during the Poker Run so I am not sure what to expect but I do know if it is in God's will, Reborn to Ride riders will be there.

God's will was clearly shown on this ride for the Reborn to Ride crew. With the keys being taken and having to wait there until 9 pm to get them back even though the back up plan was only 10 minutes away, you guys were able to be there as a beacon of light on the dark alley where I found you. You were able to see a mission need "right in our own backyard" that might ignite and become a full flame soon.
I believe nothing happens by chance, but by God's master plan. It was God's intention for the keys to be missing so you could spend time together, grow stronger together and show the other bikers there with you God's love and patience. Not to mention, meet the homeless people living at the end of that street in the "Not so Hilton".
I just hope next time I get to ride with you guys or I will have to set up a girls' ride....hmmmm.
